Hello! My name is Edward Zawacki, the founder and President of Easy Living Solutions. I was born and raised in Long Island, NY. I enjoy everything outdoors. Whether it be camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding, fishing, hiking and spending quality time with my wife and 3 young kids.

My real estate journey began in Atlanta, GA in 2007. It was there that I began purchasing and remodeling homes and condos. At that time I also founded a tile company called Atlanta Tile and Stone. We specialized in commercial and residential tile installation.

It was in Atlanta that I met my beautiful wife, Libby. Not long after our eldest daughter was born we decided to move to my wife’s home town of Rockford, MI. Since moving with my family to downtown Rockford, and starting Easy Living Solutions. My focus has been on real estate investing, remodeling homes and property development in the West Michigan area. I also became a real estate agent with Midwest Properties.

My team and I have been focusing on remodeling homes in Rockford, including 6 homes on Main Street alone. We have also remodeled homes in Belmont, Cedar Springs and Sparta. I love being able to find run down homes and giving them high quality renovations and give them a whole new life. All while having a positive impact on my community!

Recently I have begun acquiring larger parcels of land in Rockford and I am in the process of laying down the ground work for building two new neighborhoods.
